There have been many key issues both candidates are fighting for the daily lives of all New York residents.
Some of the key issues in this race are:
- Economy
- Immigration
- Animal Rights
- Education
- Etc
Nicole addresses many of the issues above. For economy she is against things that would make it harder for businesses to survive. Also she believes in giving a chance to a business that creates safety risk and adjust the fines and penalties. Nicole opposes Bill de Blasio of protecting individuals that are here illegally. She believes too much money is spent on legal defense to protect undocumented individuals from deportation. Nicole is also a animal lover that believes the city should be making more of an effort to find homes for these animals. She wants animals to be treated with more care. Now onto what all parents want to hear about. Nicole believes that schools in NYC need to be improved. In 2015, 27 billion dollars was spent on education but still kids are having classes on fields and trailers. She wants the spending of the governments money to be spent more efficiently and wants every school to have a good environment. Overall Nicole wants to make NYC a better state overall.
