  • Group 1: Create an informational video. Also write a reflection piece explaining how your video represents your belief system.
  • Option 1- music video with lyrics that include predetermined words/concepts  
  •  Option 2- documentary with predetermined words/concepts that must be explained.

  • Group 2: Create an art piece that represents your belief system. Also write a reflection piece explaining how your artwork represents your belief system.

  • Group 3: Origins Research Group: founder, years, location, symbol, global context. All information will be put on a poster board.

  • Group 4: Beliefs Research Group: Main beliefs/laws, books, rules & regulations, services, places of worship. All information will be put on a poster board.
  • Group 5: Website and Social Media Group: Students will edit Weebly page and initiate Twitter account for awareness and outreach, technological literacy.

INTENSIVE RESEARCH GROUPS
  • Group 1: Sects Research Group: Sects of the belief system, origins, beliefs. All information will be put on a poster board.

  • Group 2: Present Day Research Group:  Compare/Contrast religions from its founding to today. What changes have occurred? All information will be put on a poster board.

INTERNATIONAL STUDIES CLASSES ONLY:

Group 1: Issues/Solutions Research Group: What is your belief system’s perspective towards issues of violence or oppression. Is there one group (towards others or within your religion) who is oppressed or treated violently? Why?  

Group 2: Religious Conflict and Resolutions:  What are examples of religious conflict from history to today? Have those been resolved or are they ongoing? How can we prevent religious conflict in the future?
