Origin of Hinduism
​Hinduism was formed around 2000 B.C.E in India. It was not founded by one person. It is the fusion of many religious beliefs. It is one of the oldest surviving religions. 

What are the core beliefs of Hinduism?

• Truth is eternal
• There is one god but different forms of that god
• Everyone should strive to achieve dharma
• The goal is moksha
• Do your dharma, get good karma, get born into a higher caste
• The soul reincarnates until they reach moksha

World Peace Conference Details

Be sure to visit the world peace conference and see all the hard-worked projects that many students have been working on this December. All the projects have to do with all different religions that are very interesting. The projects and pieces are so creative and artistic. Everyone has worked extremely hard to make this year's world peace conference amazing! Big thanks to our teachers Ms. Frank and Mrs. Nicolosi and the rest of Francis Lewis High School.
