Specific Issues
Gun SafetyWarren doesn't plan to eliminate guns or infringe on people's Second Amendment right. Instead she wants to start an intensive reconstruction of our gun law to decrease up to 80% of gun violence. She is going accomplish this by expanding firearm trafficking beyond borders, increase the legal age to obtain a gun, holding gun manufactures and gun dealers accountable for the violence that occurs, doing more intensive background checks, as well as monitoring bulks of guns being imported in.
ImmigrationThe Warren administration wants to change up how our immigration system currently is. So that families can be reunited and a wall around the border would no longer be necessary. With legal immigration expanded, the Warren administration believes that the economy would prosper and labor demands would be met. The administration also believes that the humanitarian mess at the border also needs to be addressed, and there should not be a ban or a quota towards certain countries.
AbortionWarren believes that a woman's right to choose should be protected. Congress should protect the will of the people and make laws that will prevent states from being able to infringe on access to reproductive health. Such as banning medication for abortions or making abortion illegal. She believes that reproductive health should be protected and there should be an equal access to reproductive health needs. She also believes that reproductive health should be covered in health insurances.

EconomyWarren believes that there is going to be an economic crash. She wants to prevent this by lowering rent, making two and four years colleges free. She also wants to crack down on corporate lending to decrease corporate debt. She also plans to invest two trillion dollars into her green manufacturing plan. She believes that this will be able to create jobs as well as help with the environment.
EnvironmentWarren believes that a lot of negative effects of pollution are geared more towards impoverished people and people of color. She believes that neighborhoods that are struggling economically often get marked as "sacrifices" to big companies, so these areas often get toxic wasted dumped into then. Or becoming victims of air pollution. Due to this a lot POC suffer from health issues such as higher rates of childhood asthma. The Warren administration will fight discrimination against minorities, as well as try to make the biggest investment the government has ever done to help families that are struggling with being able to afford houses in better neighborhoods.
Health CareWarren believes that healthcare is a basic human right, she wants to start a plan that gives medicare to all. So that families would not go broke from paying medicare expenses or for medication. The Warren administration plans on fighting until everyone is able to get affordable health care. Since a lot of private insurance companies charge a lot but covers very little. Warren wants everyone to have medicare so that private insurance companies can no longer compete.
